Description

We are a small, friendly, family run, award winning supported living service based near Maidstone and have two successful homes up and running with a GOOD rating.

Our primary aim is to provide excellent and person centred care for individuals aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities and autism.


Our service provides support to enable individuals to lead the life that has meaning to them, at the heart of their local community.

Every day will be different and our service users have a full social diary, so your days will be exceptionally varied.

Main responsibilities include

  • Providing support to our service users to empower them to live meaningful lives at the heart of their local community enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Provide support with daily tasks including shopping, cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
  • Provide support with any social activities they wish to attend and accompany them to the GP or any medical/health appointments.
  • Limited Personal care support will be required for ur service users.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals who may have different communication needs.
