IT Support Engineer - Stockport Hybrid Working (2 Day's a week in office) - £30,000 - Tech

You would be joining a team of 15, ranging from apprentices to consultants who have been there 20/30 years, so lots of scope to learn from your peers.

They're looking for real team-players, who want to be part of something special, and recognise the uniquecareer opportunity they present.

The business are a world-leading OT (Operational Tech Provider) who develop software that tells machines what to do, in settings such as manufacturing or infrastructure) so they do some pretty cutting edge stuff.

Key Responsibilities

To provide high quality, telephonebased, technical support on a wide range of Industrial Software and associated products
To ensure that each issue is logged appropriately and the information contained in it is relevant and uptodate
To keep customers informed of the progress of any issue that is not resolved immediately
To ensure any opportunities are communicated to the relevant team
To be a trusted advisor for the products allocated including certification on products where applicable
To stay up to date with the development of new products & operating systems.
Work with the Support Manager in the introduction and maintenance of Support Procedures.
To exceed expectations for customer satisfaction
