The Team & Focus of the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our small but close-knit Systems team.

The role will focus on our business-critical systems, building a comprehensive understanding of the associated processes, documenting and managing its evolution.

Equally exciting is the ability to impact and influence the direction of our systems strategy and how this is intertwined with the business strategy as a whole.


This role will really suit you if you have a passionate for collaboration, process improvement and managing projects that affect the wider business on a day-to-day basis.

Relationship building and presentation skills are also a key aspect of success as youwill be expected to lead on discussions & advising how projects should be planned, presenting findings to senior figures and managing the overall communication between the team and the wider business (with assistance from the PMO Coordinator).

The opportunity is a full time, permanent role with 37.5 working hours and we operate a hybrid working environment. The hours of work would be 8.45 till 5.15pm Monday - Friday.


Duties will include:


  • Develop and manage the project, communications, resource plans and processes.
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives with the PMO coordinator
  • Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
  • Schedule project timelines
  • Making estimates for budget and schedule
  • Generation of regular reports to update the PMO, stakeholders and manage projects
  • Being responsible for setting up project management system and establishment of the PMO structure and governance procedures
  • Ownership of leading the scope, timeline, quality, and budget / cost
  • Develop and lead integration project plans, with associated tracking and reporting, as well as the complementary management of Issues, Risks, and organisational change.
  • Reporting regularly to senior management
  • Proactively manage project change controls to ensure alignment to defined time, cost quality metrics
  • Carrying out risk assessments and manage risks and issues through the project RAID log
  • Maintain the project repository and audit trail in line with PMO policy
  • Collate metrics and produce management information, providing clear oversight of project status for all key stakeholders and project sponsors
  • Ensure that lessons learned, and best practice opportunities are identified, collated, and cascaded as required
  • Placing project purchase orders, seeking approvals and tracking project spend
  • At least 3 years' experience of managing concurrent IT projects
  • Strong process and service industry knowledge and experience in property consultancy is an asset
  • Technical project management and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress
  • Project technical leadership experience on IT related projects through the entire project lifecycle (Preparation, Design, Build, Final Prep/Testing/Cutover, Golive and Support)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure terms and components
  • A working knowledge of IT systems lifecycle from requirements analysis through to implementation with a full understanding of associated quality requirements
  • Strong customercentric approach
  • Educated to degree level or holds relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
  • PRINCE 2 / APM / PMP Qualifications
