The Role
Partnering with Health & Benefits Sales Leadership across our European organisation you will take an active role in managing pipeline and reporting on progress against priorities in a diverse region encompassing 13 distinct countries.
Supporting our strategicsales initiatives, campaigns whilst using data, analytics, and project management skills this is a dynamic role with exposure to senior leadership in a highly commercial environment.
This role reports to the Head of European Sales, Health & Benefits.Key Responsibilities
- Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth running of sales operations, pipeline accuracy and reporting across a multimilliondollar revenue business
- Supporting Sales and Market Leaders, you will be helping to analyse pipeline gaps, highlight data discrepancies and identify anomalies to sales leadership
- Using data, CRM software and market intelligence you will contribute to accurate forecasting on client acquisition and loss metrics across the region
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to improve opportunity management and qualification
- Contribute to development of sales campaigns, ensuring that initiatives can be measured, and their success tracked
- Handle adhoc projects that drive sales activity and growth, monitoring progress and reporting on timely completion
- Respond to requests for sales activity and pipeline data, distilling business critical information at pace
- Assist in the preparation of board packs and presentations for sales/market leadership
- Creating and tracking the endtoend project plan, consolidated across work streams/stakeholders
- Work with crossfunctional teams including Marketing, Finance and Market Leaders
- Provide minuting, task prioritisation, and follow up actions for stakeholders reporting on progress
- Assist in the creation of collateral for sales training and new growth initiatives
- Connectivity with a broader Sales and Client Management function that spans across WTW's Health, Wealth and Career business line.
The Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination/management ideally in a professional/financial services sector
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Numerate with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly proficient in CRM systems (Dynamics365) and Business Intelligence Software (PowerBI)
- Strong user of MSOffice specifically MSExcel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to work with competing deadlines
- The desire to listen, provide insight and suggest solutions based on data
- Additional European languages is advantageous (Italian, Spanish or German)
