About The Role:

Our five-year strategy is embedded in technology from VR, Ai, Augmented learning through to agile solutions provided via on-line learning to our customers.

What will I be responsible for?
Joining the team as a E-Learning Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for working with internal customers to scope online learning topics, researching, and developing content and then administering the learning modules via our on-line platforms

The role will require:

The analysis of the needs and target audience
The design and development of courses using creative software, video and animation
Evaluation methods supported by thorough testing leading to the launch and 'golive' of modules of learning

Courses developed will be need to meet quality standards including following legislative requirements including copywrite and intellectual property rights as well as meeting Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and fulfilling Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion requirements.

What will I need to succeed?
To be successful as our new E-Learning Digital Content Creator, passion, attitude, and enthusiasm will be key. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience of instructional design and curriculum development.

You will need to be confident in your ability to take a brief in sufficient details to scope the storyboard and content and then go on to develop a blended approach combining visual, text, quizzes, and evaluation of impact measures.

The following skills, qualities and qualifications will also be required:

Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and proofing prior to publishing
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ideally teaching experience and/or qualification
Visually creative and experienced in digital/graphic design
Good command of course authoring tools and course hosting and development methodologies, such as Articulate, PowerPoint. Photoshop, Moodle, Canva and Video production
Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content
Experience developing high quality interactive eLearning modules
Degree/HND in Creative Digital based discipline
Desirable
Qualification in the design and creation of Digital Assets
Desirable
Full UK driving license and use of your own car
Highly desirable
