Social Housing Contractor looking for Multi Trader to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract covering properties in South West London and North West London.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and PDA complete your duties.


Duties will include:

  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Carpentry
  • Wet Trades; tiling small areas, patch plaster, painting
  • Fencing, slabbing
40 hours per week /Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

13 weeks temp to perm

£20.00 CIS/UMBRELLA only
