As a Farm Liaison Officer, you'll come from a background in agriculture and farming practices and ideally worked with farmers around the consultation and sale of Biosolids products.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
- You'll be the first point of contact for our agricultural customers working closely with colleagues and contractors organising delivery and spreading of our products ensuring compliance and an efficient operation.
- You'll use your knowledge and experience to act as an ambassador for both Severn Trent as a company and the Severn Trent Biosolids business with farmers, agronomists and other interested parties.
- Using your knowledge and experience to ensure the customer remains at the heart of everything we do by delivering a sustained firstclass level of customer service.
- This is a homebased role covering Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Lincolnshire region, so you'll manage your workload for your area along with managing contractors and a customer base.
- You'll work a 48hour week and be expected to take a flexible approach to your working hours.

Aside to being a great fit for our team, you'll ideally have knowledge of agricultural practices and be FACTS trained or qualified or willing to study towards this qualification.
You'll also be computer literate able to use technology and software such as GIS Mapping, word packages and mobile devices out in the field.
