Morgan McKinley is looking for dedicated Customer Service Manager to drive business performance forward by managing a small team of customer service advisors and overlooking warehouse activities ensuring orders are being accurately shipped to customers ina timely fashion.
You need to be calm under pressure, thrive in busy environment and have excellent communications skills.**Salary: circa £50,000 DOE

Office Based - Redhill, Surrey**Day to day duties will include:
Customer Service Manager duties:
- Lead a small team of customer service advisors to ensure customer requests and queries are managed effectively and efficiently, being on hand to support the team with calls and escalations where necessary.
- Ensure customer orders and processed and dispatched, in a timely and accurate manner
- General administration associated with team management, including appraisals, and senior management reporting
- Extensive experience leading a team, ideally within a customer service environment
- You will be a problem solver, dedicated to going the extra mile for customers, ensuring excellent retention levels.
