We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established client based in Hemel Hempstead who are the market leader in their field.
Within this role you will be supporting the Assistant Manager of the Supply Chain department by processing orders, carrying out various administrative tasks, offering sales support and liaising with customers.
You will need to be enthusiastic and a strong communication who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment.
This position also offers a number of benefits including hybrid working, free on-site parking, 25 days annual leave and you'll even get your lunch paid for when working on site
Responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders on the inhouse systems.
- Assisting with telephone orders.
- Handling general customer queries relative to orders, stock and pricing as required.
- Maintain good internal and external communication.
- Sharing general office clerical duties as required coupled with a willingness to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Line Manager.
- Performing backup Scheduling Duties
- Logging all customer enquiries, complaints, and queries to produce monthly reports.
- Ensuring that all requests for the return of goods are accompanied with the correct paperwork.
- Processing credit notes.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong team plater
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge and appreciation of Customer Service
- Confident and able to deal with people at all levels
- Friendly, persuasive, and helpful
- Natural instinct to go above and beyond
- Proactive and hard working
- Happy and willing to turn your hand to any task
- Flexible and adaptable in working in different ways
