Job summary
We are looking for commercially minded people who enjoy ownership accountability and building long-term customer relationships. You will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers acting as the commercial lead for each account. Your focus will be on ensuring customers clearly understand the value of Searchland remain engaged with the platform and renew and expand their subscriptions over time.
Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Position Searchlands product value clearly against customer goals workflows and outcomes.
