Bradford Grammar Junior School are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants.

The working hours are:

Fulltime, termtime (8:00 am to 4:00 pm)

Part-time, term-time, fixed-term to July :30 am to 1:30 pm)

The successful applicant will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff to implement agreed teaching programmes to support access to learning for individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom and to have regard for the aims and objectives of the Junior School and its policies, working efficiently as part of a collegial and smooth-running Junior School team.

A relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) is required for this role
Ability to empathise with the needs of the children.
Has a passion for education.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of humour.
Well organised and punctual.
Excellent IT skills.
First aid qualification desirable

Successful applicants must undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers, an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory employment references.
