I am recruiting on behalf of a Colchester based engineering company who are looking for a Service Coordinator.

In this role you will be working closely with the Service Manager to support the Field-based Service Engineers

Core duties will include:

Coordinating client service requests ensuring an excellent level of customer service
Monitoring engineer diaries to ensure service bookings are feasible and well organised
Using the internal system to ensure smooth project management
Good communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills, a confident user of Microsoft suite
Proactive and positive approach
Good attention to detail
Driver due to location
