We are on the search for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our operations team. The role predominantly handles all post-booking matters and will liaise directly with clients, suppliers and the sales team. The operations team plays a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business.

The core focus of the team is to deal with all post-booking administration and queries, to ensure accuracy of bookings and provide our clients with a high level of customer service throughout their booking process.

You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be highly organised and self-motivated.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Creating client itineraries
Checking that supplier invoices match booking details
Processing invoices from suppliers within required timeframe
Dealing with changes to bookings and updating all systems
Booking of client flights and postbooking revisions
Ensuring all documentation is created and delivered with a high level of accuracy and on time
Prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met
Closely liaising with the Destination Specialist to ensure the relationship built between them and the client is maintained
