Service Desk Analyst opportunity

Venn Group is working with a large organisation in London who are looking to expand their Service Desk Team


Day rate:
£90 - £150 (dependent on experience)


Location:
London**Length**:3 months (highly likely to get extended)


Job responsibilities include:


  • Provide face to face support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
  • Provide desk side support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
  • Log queries, incidents and service requests on the service management system and acting, where required
  • Escalate any operational problems to more senior colleagues
  • IT graduate or previous help desk/ Customer Service experience
  • Have a real passion or interest in IT
  • Previous experience dealing with customers and their queries
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- _Previous IT experience is desirable_
