Within this role you will ensure breakdown calls from our Linehaul Drivers (HGV Drivers) are answered and acted upon in an efficient manner.

Ensuring that supplier contact and invoice processing, ensuring the end-to-end process is completed. You will also be;

Communicating with other business lines in order to resolve any issue that arise
Raising system order numbers for external suppliers
Ensuring that supplier contact and invoice processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the endtoend process is completed.
Running daily weekly, monthly, annual reports to include service reports, MOT and performance reports

Qualifications
What we are looking for;

You will be able to evidence excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and high attention to detail.

We will also expect you to;

Be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite or Google suite.
Have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
Be a self motivated and organised individual.
Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability.
