Our Charity is unique in providing education (School, College and Post-19) and residential care, being a specialist provision in supporting Deaf young people with additional complex needs.

Although you may not have worked with Deaf people before you will be committed to learning about Deafness and British Sign Language.

About you:


  • Experienced HR Advisor
  • Organised, detail focused and experienced in using HR systems
  • Pragmatic and solution focused
  • Experienced in recruitment, employee relations and employee development
  • Ready to lead in some exciting and key employee development projects, with clear milestones, and actions
