The role:


  • Has a good understanding of how the different teams (including design, development, project management, account management) come together to deliver digital projects.
  • Is a technology advocate and has experience with CMS and ecommerce platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Magento, Shopify or Silverstripe.
  • Is comfortable producing detailed project documentation, working to agency standards and best practices.
  • Is able to identify risks and evaluate impact in good time whilst ensuring contingency is built in to mitigate the unexpected issues.
  • Displays a methodical approach to testing and QA.
  • Is capable of creating and maintaining positive relationships with daytoday client contacts, setting and managing expectations to keep client satisfaction and agency profitability in balance.
  • Remains calm under pressure and, whilst relishing collaborative team working, is also comfortable working autonomously at times.
