You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering innovation in the Card / Gift industry, working on a platform that delivers over 50m orders and over 73m cards and gifts to our customers globally per year. What You'll Be Doing

  • As Head of Product, we're looking for a seasoned contributor that can build a world class product for the Moonpig and Greetz brands. Detailed and data obsessed you'll be happy working in a high ambiguity environment.


You'll be leading a team of PM's in 5 squads, consisting of Engineers, Product Designers, Product Managers and Analysts, each focused on building the best customer experience across our website and apps that increases frequency and retention of our customers.

You will lead the charge in building Moonpig Plus, our exciting new subscription scheme.

Additionally, you will spearhead the creation of Group Cards, a viral product feature that allows users to collaborate on heartfelt cards for special occasions.

Furthermore, you will lead our new venture into the B2B space and explore the uncharted territory of Digital Gifting, unlocking the potential of our acquisition of Buyagift and Red Letter Days, to super charge our Gifting business.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Moonpig, focusing on zero to one initiatives, including Moonpig Plus, Group Cards, B2B ventures, and Digital Gifting.
  • Lead and upskill a Product team, raising the bar by bringing a deep understanding of product management tools and techniques.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from across the organisation, including the C-Team, to come up with effective solutions that are valuable, viable and aligned to our strategy.
  • Keeping abreast of product trends and exploring opportunities for product innovation to ensure Moonpig Group delivers best in class product experience.
  • Define and bring to life a vision for your domain working with your team and peers to ensure it aligns with the overall business and product strategy.
  • Championing a culture in your team of high engagement and continuous learning. We are proud of the culture we have at Moonpig and you are responsible for pushing this even further, whilst helping colleagues reach their full potential and have fun at the same time.
  • Work closely with your peers in Product Design, Engineering and Data Science to execute strategic initiatives across the teams you are responsible for.
  • Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to MVP creation and successful product launches.
  • Coach team on how to establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of product features, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Product or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of building and launching successful zero to one products.
  • Experience owning and designing product strategy and roadmap for B2C high volume transactional usage.
  • Experience of running A/B tests and Data Science/Analytics tools/languages
  • Growth mindset with high EQ and low ego, capable of motivating and energising teams to deliver ambitious goals.
  • Evidenced, successful senior stakeholder management experience up to Executive level comfortable presenting, rationalising decisions and positively influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Experience in subscriptionbased models in a B2C context, viral product features, B2B ventures are be highly advantageous.
