Purpose of the Role:


To provide a support service to Financial Advisers and customers, delivering an industry leading level of customer service and continuously finding ways to help our Financial Advisers, Customers and Royal London to achieve their strategy and objectives.


Responsibilities of the role:


  • Working as part of the Operational teams putting the customers at the heart of everything we do.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the teams measures and support how these are used to understand the customer journey.
  • Undertake project and ad hoc tasks where required.
  • Own all requests/enquiries from end to end, minimising handoffs and delivering a personal service and leading others through experience.
  • Learn from feedback received how to improve our service and assist colleagues to meet collective business goals.
  • Proficient communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrates a robust work ethic and a keen eagerness to acquire new knowledge
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
