We are a dynamic company with a team of Account Managers, generating a revenue of over £3M a year. We pride ourselves on being service driven, are passionate about our reputation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic new team member to bring fresh ideas to the role of Content Marketing and Copywriting.

As a content marketer and copywriter, your job will be to capture, create and post exciting new content on our website and social platforms to increase customer engagement.

Moorgate Finance is involved in many different sectors of the SME industries, so experience in managing multiple platforms, brands and websites is a must.

We fund everything from IT systems to large residential developments with also sorts of projects and assets in-between, so the work is always exciting and varied.

As a dynamic team player, you would get stuck in researching topics that will connect with our customers - turning your findings into exciting content on our digital platforms (website, social media) and printed media (brochure, leaflets, flyers).

Fresh ideas and insight are important as we keep our brand modern, relatable and easily accessible to our customers.

With an eye for detail and a creative flair, you will be comfortable turning your ideas into exciting brand communications to share with our customers - creating supporting graphics and images to support any written messages.

Working as part of a wider marketing team, your role will be to support the Marketing Manager. As part of the general marketing team.

Marketing Executive and Copywriter
(Content Creator, Copywriter and Social Media Manager Focus)

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in a previous marketing role
Written content creation and copywriting (blogs, case studies, captions)
Excellent proofreading ability
Planning and scheduling content to publish on our website and social channels
Experience posting on all major social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Twitter and TikTok)
Eye for design and creative flair
Skilled in graphic design and layout
Adaptive communicator to cater for multiple brands simultaneously
Experience updating website content via WordPress CMS. WIX
Experience with UX and UI design
Customercentric approach to design and communications
Multi skilled and able to adapt to a fastpaced environment
Reporting and analytics skills to monitor campaigns

Desirable:

Experience in paid social advertising creating, publishing, and monitoring campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
Experience working within a B2B environment
Understanding of writing for SEO including keyword research and best practice

Pay and conditions:

- £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
