Description

This is a hybrid role requiring 40 hours per week with a minimum of 3 days in the office in Bicester per week.

More days may be required in the office dependent on activity.

Duties of the role:

Assist the marketing team in utilising social media and managing the online community.
Collaborating and liaising with colleagues based in the UK and globally.
Working with provided resources to create marketing materials including display banners, brochures, images for wholesale and social media content including gifs.
Manage the dispatch and ordering of sample stocks, meeting deadlines and packing parcels.
Compile the results of brand tracking data, market and competitor reports to provide required information on developing campaigns.
Support the team by completing adhoc tasks.

You must:

Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Understand and keep up with social media trends and activity.
Be confident in your abilities and able to liaise with all levels of stakeholder.
Work well in a team, supporting colleagues and getting involved in all activities to meet deadlines.
Display a "cando" attitude with a desire to get involved and complete tasks.
Hold basic computer skills with Microsoft Office packages.

This position offers £20,000- £22,000 per annum dependent on experience and would be a great opportunity for someone looking to enter Marketing as experience would be beneficial but is not required.

Additionally, office-based experience would be advantageous.
