Autism specialist - school support assistant.

£77-85 per day

Newcastle upon Tyne & North Tyneside

Full time

Looking for individuals who feel comfortable and confident supporting students with autism.

This role will involve supporting a student 1:1 in and outside the classroom. You may also be require to support the wider classroom with activities.

Requirements for the role:

Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
Has the right to work in the UK.
Willing to travel up to 45 mins.
Has positive communication skills.
Is a kind and patient individual.
Is passionate about supporting SEND students during their time in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
