Description

We are working in partnership with our client who is looking for experienced Project Support Engineers in Surrey.

6 month contract
To provide project management support to ensure the timely progress of project and programme tasks with a view to achieving the project deliverables

Principal Accountabilities

To provide support to the Program Manager
To review open items and push to completion, with a status tracker
Supporting programs from concept to postproduction phases
Project management actions
Critical path identification
Risk and issues identification and escalation
Progress chasing all departments to ensure planed actions are taken
Supporting the team by raising concerns when required
Supplier liaison and integration
Working with Design and Manufacturing Team
Change control management support.

ETRS

BOM updates with timing and actions
Run open issues list for all project tasks

Nice to Have Criteria / Knowledge, skills and experience for position

Education to Degree level preferred
Understanding of project management skill set and risk assessment techniques in automotive environment
PC literate and at ease with MS Office products
Highly skilled excel user
Able to present and deliver key information in meetings
