Insurance Analytics Manager

Hybrid Role

£60,000 - £75,000 salary


My client, one of the biggest world renown consultancies, are seeking an Insurance Analytics Manager to work closely with clients to increase productivity in the clients data sets.

They assist in the development of complex, technology-enabled business transformation efforts, especially in the Financial Services industry.


The Role:


As a key member of the team, you will be leading large insurance analytics programmes and projects, whilst planning to execute and deliver.

You will be assisting stakeholders around the world to help issues the clients are dealing with.

  • Strong analytics experience with a professional services firm, an internal strategy/analytics group, or similar environment.
  • Good knowledge of implementing and optimising claims handling, underwriting and distribution solutions in the insurance sector, data warehouses, big data, and Cloud environments.
  • Strong Python Experience
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Strong Cloud infrastructure experience
  • Designing automated and datadriven solutions to eliminate repetitive manual activities.
  • Designing and developing dashboards, visualisations and metrics to improve understanding of business processes, identify potential weaknesses and provide operational resilience.
  • Delivering advanced analytics solutions programs for financial / nonfinancial sector by solving complex business problems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
