GDS Maintenance provides reactive maintenance to Letting Agents, landlords and home owners throughout the North West and Lancashire
Due to expansion, we are looking for a new full time employed Maintenance Operative to join our small, friendly property maintenance team.
Day to day tasks include:
*Carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance work and completing
all associated documentation within agreed timeframes.
*Reporting work flow
Person Specification:
- Understanding and knowledge of Health and safety regulations within the building trade
- Experience of undertaking building / general maintenance work within in a similar industry in areas such as
- Joinery
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decorating
- Hanging and fitting doors/repairing locks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to plan and manage own workload using own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs
Mileage paid or van supplied
Work Location:
On the road
, however, can report to Stockport or Wigan office
Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
