Visualytes Limited are expanding their Marketing Team and therefore seeking to recruit a Digital Marketer that will help further expand their brand and business opportunities.

The role and resposibilties include
-

Strategy Development:

Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, conducting market research, and identifying suitable digital channels.


3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content and structure to improve visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.

Social Media Management:

Building and managing a presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This involves creating content calendars, engaging with followers, and running paid advertising campaigns.


6. Paid Advertising (PPC): Managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. This involves keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. This includes tracking website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI from various marketing channels.


8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyzing user behavior on websites and landing pages to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates. This may involve A/B testing, user experience (UX) optimization, and implementing changes to optimize the conversion funnel.

Mobile Marketing:

Developing strategies to reach and engage mobile users through mobile-responsive websites, mobile apps, SMS marketing, and location-based advertising.

Marketing Automation:

Implementing marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, nurture leads, and personalize the customer journey.

Influencer Marketing:

Identifying and partnering with influencers or industry experts to promote products or services to their audience.

Community Management:

Engaging with online communities and forums related to the industry or brand to build relationships, answer questions, and address customer concerns.

Reputation Management:

Monitoring online mentions and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation and address any negative feedback or criticism.

Compliance and Legal Considerations:

Ensuring digital marketing campaigns comply with relevant regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and FTC guidelines.

Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths

Training to be provided

You will be completing the Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship

(N.B. Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.)

As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans.

They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.


Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training
