GBR Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a well established progressive FMCG manufacturing business, recruiting for an experienced
Quality, Health & Safety Environment Manager / Lead (QHSE) with a key focus on the companies Quality Management Systems (QMS) modifying the Quality process across the business.


This key QA biased role, requires a strong experienced QHSE professional with a
NEBOSH certificate, IOSH & Lead Auditor qualifications, ensuring the business maintains, complies & follows ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 accreditation criteria / legislation.


Duties:


  • The QHSE Manager / Lead will carry out QA auditing, QA training & QMS / QA documentation controls.
  • Nonconformance will also be a key area for you to focus on, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively, by carrying out Root cause analysis (RCA) & looking at Risk Mitigation processes to prevent QA issues.
  • You will be a continuous improvements (CI) implementer, focused on improving Quality procedures.
  • All Quality of product / raw materials issues responsibilities will fall to you as the Quality guru.
  • A secondary focus for this role will be Health & Safety plus Environmental Management, most of the HSE duties are carried out by the QHSE Coordinator enabling you to focus on Quality protocols & CI.
  • You will get the QA buy in of the wider Operations team (FTE's & the SMT).
  • You will handle customer queries & customer complaints effectively / efficiently.
  • Reporting will also play a key part in this role, producing KPI's & MI Reports to measure performance.

Desired Attributes:


  • QHSE professional with a NEBOSH certificate, IOSH & Lead Auditor qualifications.
  • Experienced in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 accreditation criteria / legislation.
  • Strong QMS / QHSE systems experience (developing & implementing).
  • Strong professional communicator at all levels with a positive upbeat outlook.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong PC Skills particularly Excel.
