Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
• Process payments accurately using the Payment system
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
