- Managing and treating COPD patients
- Providing care for complex wounds, including dressing changes and monitoring
- Offering general practice nursing duties, as required
- Supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care
- Maintaining patient records accurately and in line with best practices
- At least 6 months of UK-based experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery setting
- Strong experience with COPD management and complex wound care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Competitive pay rate: £ £33.00 per hour (dependent on experience and pay type)
