Hours Per Week:39 hours per week (to include evenings, weekend, and sleepovers)


Pay Rate:
£25,667 per annum (29 hours at £13.40 per hour plus 10 hours at £10.50 per hour sleep over rate per week)


Reporting directly to the Service Development Officer, the Team Leader will manage the day to day running of a service that delivers quality, personalised care in a person's own tenancy.

They will oversee the smooth running of the service, ensuring staff compliance with policy and procedure.

Understanding Autism

Dementia in adults with learning disabilities


Qualifications & Experience Required:

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Experience in using person centred planning techniques in addition to delivering and leading excellent support practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with the people we support, staff teams, families and external care professionals.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Female applicants only due to the nature of the care.
