SENIOR CLIENT ACCOUNTANT / CLIENT ACCOUNTANT- Residential Estate Agency

Location:
Earlsfield, SW18

Salary:
£35k DOE

Position:
Permanent - Full Time


An award winning, highly regarded independent property company that specialise Estate and Property Management are now seeking a
Senior Client Accountant / Client Accountant.


You will be working closely with the Property Management Team and you will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment.


Previous experience in Property Management Accounts is key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.


If you have a background in the sector and are looking for a new role, we would love to have a conversation with you.

Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting, and accounting is essential.


Skills:
The skills required for thisSenior Client Accountant / Client Accountant (Estate Agent)role will include:

  • Previous experience in Property Management Accounts essential
  • Highly organised and possess strong accountant skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
