Responsibilities:


  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide oneonone support to students with specific learning needs.
  • Help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during activities and ensure their safety.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support the overall development of students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher.
  • Promote positive behavior and maintain discipline within the classroom.

Requirements:


  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding towards the diverse needs of students.
  • Basic knowledge of educational principles and teaching methods.
  • A relevant qualification in education or childcare is advantageous.
