09 January 2023This is a truly exceptional opportunity to fully populate and manage a new booking system who work within the leisure industry.

Because this is a new role, initially you will be carrying out a great deal of data entry but once the system is set up, you will be liaising both internally and externally and taking bookings from schools and customer and taking full ownership of the internal systems.

You will be working with enthusiastic and sociable people who all share a passion for sport.

Duties include:

Ensuring that all data is transferred and input on to a bespoke system
Gathering information to populate the system.
Liaising with suppliers to gather information and update the system

Person specification:

It is essential that you have a keen eye for details with experience within a similar role
Highly computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases
A sociable and friendly person, ideally with an interest/passion for sport
You will be customer service driven with an appetite to go above and beyond.
