Purchase Ledger Clerk - Full Time (Permanent)

Portadown

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm; Friday: 9am - 4:30pm


Salary:
£23,400 - negotiable

Opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant to join an award-winning engineering company.


The role:

You will be joining the wider finance department to support the purchase ledger team by:

  • Matching, checking, and coding invoices.
  • Matching invoices with purchase order dockets
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • General admin duties as needed by the department.

The person:


  • Working knowledge of Sage50
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excelling communication and organizational skills
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Experience working within the construction industry would help but is not essential.
