Nuffield Health is Britain's largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join us as a Content Editor in our Digital team and play your part in building a healthier nation.


The Content Editor will be an expert in the creation and publication of digital content and maximize the capabilities of our CMS (content management system) to reduce the requirement for digital development.

You will lead production of high-quality content that delivers against prescribed business and customer outcomes (digital NPS improvement, increased digital sales, increased digital task completion) and is aligned to the Nuffield Health brand guidelines.

The opportunity


As our Content Editor you will:
Build, optimise and publish content for all business and customer outcomes; ensuring content meets website standards of quality
Able to write/edit content that has high levels of comprehension for the audience
Drive outcome through strong content i.e., increase click throughs, increase digital NPS
Ability to implement best practice in SEO and accessibility
Regularly review and update existing pages to ensure content is up to date
Able to create/manage and manipulate other assets that are used in the digital environment i.e., images, videos.

The person


To succeed as a Content Editor, you will need:
Previous experience of website management and working with a range of CMS to deliver non-development change
Significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in the Content Editing discipline
Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries simultaneously
Experience of using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and an ability to analyse and draw insights from data
Track record of running A/B tests campaigns (e.g. Abode Target, Google Optimize)
Ability to write to a high standard
Experience of working in scrum
Knowledge of HTML and basic CSS
Knowledge of UX and UI
An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation
Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle
Collaborative working style with a clear and relentless focus on delivering outcomes
