Due to continued growth, we are looking for a warehouse operative to join our business.


Special Ingredients Ltd are suppliers of the finest quality food ingredients and flavourings to the trade throughout United Kingdom, Europe and Worldwide.


As a valued member of the team, you will report to and support the warehouse supervisor to pick, pack and help with the operations of the warehouse environment.

You will present excellent people and leadership skills to ensure the warehouse staff achieve optimal productivity each day. You need to be proactive, accurate and organised with your work. You will be responsible for the smooth production, packing and shipment of our products.


You must present the below:

  • Always be hard working punctual and reliable.
  • Maintain self motivation.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to output high productivity whilst ensuring accuracy and quality of production at all times.
  • Adhere to company food hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.
In addition to other duties, you will assist with:
Picking / packing items for shipment whilst maintaining a consistent high accuracy rate.


Experience:


  • Although full training will be completed the below would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience picking and packing items with high attention to detail, at speed preferred.
  • Experience packing at a food business in a previous role preferred / not essential.
