Security Consultant Lead/Manager

You will have the opportunity to strategically transform and deliver digitalservices. The role will involve facilitating in the mitigation of risk whist producing innovative solutions for thousands of service users.
You will be reporting into the Head of Security Strategy and Transformation and should be comfortable liaising at anexecutive level.
This role will benefit from a vast amount of exposure across the entire business alongside IT.Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise at CSuite levels to manage the security portions of strategic projects.
- Manage a group of highly skilled and experienced security consultants each running multiple projects of their own.
- Take ownership of all projects and ensure security delivery and communication to the executives.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Programme Managers on the management of resources and dependencies.
- You will be responsible for measurements of security success such as coverage, quantity and quality and the reporting of these measurements to executive level.
- Carrying out risk assessments of Group and 3rd party tools.
- Proactively seek out threats and advise on solutions.
To be a successful you will possess:
- Demonstrable career experience working in an IT security role in various forms i.e. architect, engineer, project lead.
- Have experience of using a variety of technologies.
- Experience of management and demonstratable leadership skills.
- A strong customer focus ensuring stakeholders needs are maintained.
- An understanding of innovative cloud technologies.
- Great selfdisciple and organisation with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and resolve conflict.
- Excellent time management.
- Demonstratable analytical sills and the ability to identify key issues.

Reward:
Salary is £80,000-£95,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus. Contributory pension schemes are offered alongside Life and Medical Insurance packages. You will receive 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays as well as many other company benefits.
