Premiere Personnel are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator on behalf of one of our Sheffield-based hygiene clients.


Our client has been operating a clinical waste station for 17 years, taking in clinical waste and offering a one stop washroom service.


IMMEDIATE START

PERMANENT CONTRACT

You will be responsible for:


  • Data input into Quickbooks accounting system and the use of Microsoft programmes such as word and excel
  • Ordering stock & taking and dealing with deliveries
  • Manning and being the face of the office, including greeting visitors, signing them in and out and checking the waste paperwork is completed correctly

Skills:


  • Computer / IT
  • Have a good understanding of word & excel, with knowledge of the formulas & functions
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system
  • Communication good communication skills, written, oral and an active listening


  • Organisation

  • Have the ability to create and maintain filing and additional office systems
  • The ability to keep diaries via the use of Microsoft word and online to do lists
  • Loan working the ability to work and self motivate


  • Logistics

  • Knowledge of postcode areas and able to use google maps for route planning


  • Technical knowledge

  • Knowledge of products and services we offer and waste streams we take in

PAY:

£22,000 per year starting


Hours:

37.5 per week
