My client based in Stroud are seeking a proactive and motivated Office Coordinator and Receptionist to help assist the wider team.
You'll be integral to the smooth running of the company and be the face of the business to all visitors.
- The basis of this role will be to provide administrative support in a wellorganized and timely manner. Responsible for the front of house activity including visitors, managing calls, office administration and organisation.

Associate Director - Permanent Division
Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate visitor activity
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute accordingly
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organising meetings and taking notes
- Schedule and plan meetings, ensure meeting rooms prepared
- Make travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
- Assisting with organising leadership events
- Source office supplies
