About the job

The company delivers fitness and leisure opportunities within a competitive market place throughout the Borough of Broxtowe to the west of Nottingham.

Whilst our marketing is well planned and utilises a range of digital tools we have an ambition to improve the way we communicate with our customers and community.

This new post will have the opportunity to shape our future communications and to develop members of our team to be able to effectively contribute to a range of campaigns and website improvements.

The ideal person for the job?

We want someone with excellent communication skills, with the desire and ability to contribute to the growth of our existing business whilst leading on the development of new opportunities.

The right person is someone who is creative, has the relevant marketing and communications experience, can communicate their ideas clearly and work independently to deliver agreed actions on time.

Working environment
The job sits within the business team with the Business Manager, Business Development Officer and Membership Officer.

Being central to the team's developments, the role will require work across all aspects of business, leading working groups and building positive working relationships with different people from our teams.

Working hours are flexible, predominantly Monday to Friday but with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends to be responsive to deadlines or respond to critical issues.

The role is hybrid to allow some work from home and also on site work.

Salary £26,710 - £28,245 full time hours.
