We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to become part of our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will have a key role in assisting our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales team in reaching sales targets and objectives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by aiding customers with questions, product suggestions, and purchases
  • Recommend additional products and services to increase sales opportunities
  • Efficiently and accurately handle transactions using our point-of-sale system
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials
  • Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction and address any issues

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries over the phone
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Basic math skills for precise transaction processing
  • Strong organizational abilities to maintain a well-organized sales floor

From £25,306.94 per year
