An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Integrated Care Service (iCares) in Sandwell to recruit Band 4 Assistant Practitioners.

You will join iCares working within the Home Based Intermediate Care Team which provide intensive rehabilitation to people in their own homes.

iCares is a forward thinking, friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary service delivering high quality and compassionate care to the people of Sandwell.
