As the Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will be confident and self-motivated, and a key member of the customer focused Sales team in our Severn Valley region.

You will be expected to:


Daily/Weekly (where appropriate)

  • Ensuring that all website and third party portal information and content are kept up to date at all times (including Estate Agents).
  • Coordinate regional Social Media with Group, creating engaging web, social and digital content, approving any artwork/marketing collateral that comes in and also acting as a Paid Social Media lead for the region.
  • Analyse the performance of the web pages & individual marketing campaigns recommend improvements as part of the planning process.
  • Brief and liaise with external agencies.
  • Be responsible for producing lead management reports (including Estate Agent referrals).
  • Deliver brand consistency across all channels using best practice guides.
  • Support Sales Managers with processes, all best practice guides and brand consistency.
  • Attend weekly site visits to help support performance.

Monthly

  • Working with our PR agency, be responsible for Regional PR, to coordinate a minimum of one piece per month, supporting the Strategic Marketing Plan. This should be part of our ongoing Community engagement including sponsorship, local publications, charities etc.
  • Attend Group & regional monthly Marketing meetings, issuing minutes and amended proposed plans.
  • Collate the Monthly Board Report.
  • Create a monthly report for the Sales Director which monitors advertising budgets, including PPC, RM/Other portals, Estate Agent referrals.
  • Maintain competitor information.

Quarterly

  • Work alongside the Regional Sales Director, Group Head of Marketing and Sales Manager/s to implement and maintain a three month rolling Regional Marketing Plan, identifying marketing campaigns for all developments.
  • Coordinate and compile a quarterly Regional Newsletter.

Adhoc (ongoing/when required)

  • Arrange for regional Housetypes CGI's, Floorplans, website copy, brochures, Matterports etc to be produced and maintained, working closely with the Technical and Sales departments.
  • Maintain our photography and image library.
  • Attend Development handover meetings from Land, and be responsible for elements of site set up, in addition to the marketing, including naming, coming soon signage, site signage and Sales Offices.
  • Establish and maintain AA signage & offroad directional signage (including records).
  • Manage our physical stock of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, signage, flags, brochureware (from marketing material right through the Customer Journey).
  • Assist the Regional Sales Director/Sales Manager/s with administration regarding Part Exchange properties and the marketing of these.
  • Be an active member of the Wellbeing Committee with responsibility for marketing activities/PR associated with the group,
  • Be responsible for organising the regional 'Helping Hands' events in our local areas.
  • Assist with holiday cover for other members of the Sales Team.

Desirable skills and experience:


  • Knowledge of marketing and/or experience of this in house building (campaigns, portals, local Estate Agents) would be hugely beneficial.
  • Knowledge of COINS and/or experience of this would be an advantage.
  • Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Ability to selfmotivate and work on own initiative. as well as part of a team.
  • Work effectively to deadlines and competently work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable with a proactive, personable, handson and positive approach
  • To be able to build and develop good relationships with colleagues (including from other departments), customers, Sub-Contractors and other Stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a teamspirited approach.
  • Previous experience in the house building industry is preferred.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
