Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Manage office tasks using computerised systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Assist with managing Construction Industry Health & Safety files.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
