Job Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage office tasks using computerised systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Assist with managing Construction Industry Health & Safety files.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
