We're looking for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-known, global brand, market leaders in their industry.
You will be accountable for ensuring that your division is operating sustainably and responsibly. This includes developing budgets, reviewing performance, and proposing forecasts with operational teams. You will provide financial insight and business understanding to influence decisions made within the business.
As Finance Business Partner, your duties will include:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both Finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of key performance drivers for the department and use to make performance improvement recommendations
- Organise and lead periodic meetings with department heads & team to ensure ownership and accuracy of budget and forecast vs. actuals.
- Provide Insight to functional cost owners to ensure decisionmaking is based on commercial understanding.
- Creating and implementing robust annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Track and report benefits of investments and business initiatives to validate business cases and proposed benefits.
- Assisting with the providing of accurate and timely management accounts in terms of reporting various analysis
- Be the first point of contact for the Head of Supply Chain for all financial queries
- Provide financial analysis output as part of our forecasting S&OP cycle
- Work with the Financial Reporting team to identify and mitigate risks around stock control.
- Identifying best practice and ensuring consistent processes are in place.
- Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Excellent Excel skills are essential including VLOOKUP's/Pivot Tables/SumIFs
- Experience of Oracle
- Analytical and inquisitive with a proactive approach to meet both internal and external customer needs
- Attention to detail and the ability to challenge information and documents
- Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential
