At
Hurford Salvi Carr, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced
Office Co-ordinator to help support the team at our office based in
Aldgate, East London.
You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a
competitive basic salary of £32,000.00 per annum.
Our experience and expertise in both the residential and commercial markets put us at the forefront of property agency.
Key responsibilities of our Office Co-ordinator
- Welcoming all visitors to the office and assisting with initial sales and letting queries
- Arranging checkin appointments and inventories as part of tenancy progression
- Generating and distributing tenancy agreements
- Completing reference checks and chasing move in funds from tenants
- Ensuring documentation and certification compliance for the tenancy
- Assisting sales department and generating invoices
Skills and experience required of our Office Co-ordinator
- Ideally two to three year's experience in lettings and sales administration
- Must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite & possess first class communication skills
- Demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed
- First class administrative skills
- Superbly organised with attention to detail
- Competent with using software and general IT solutions
- Team player and flexible
- Excellent work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
