Imperial Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Coordinator to join our client in Stockton. Our client is a market leading building materials company.


Pay:

Negotiable


Requirements:


  • Prioritise daily workload to achieve productive results and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them in sync and moving forward.
  • Facilitate the development of project plans and coordinate them to competition.
  • Conduct research and risk analysis.
  • To prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • To monitor project progress and raise any potential issues.
  • Measuring and report on project performance.
  • To act as the point of contact for all participants.
  • Prepare presentations and project planning.
  • Minute taking and recording actions and ensuring these are followed up properly.
  • Supporting collections and other general admin duties.

Requirements:


  • Experience of working with a debt collection/payment processing environment.
  • Prior experience working and a Project Admin, Coordinator or a similar role.
  • Experience with flowcharts, schedules and technical documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised and focused.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent using MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
