About Natixis
What you'll be doing
Based in London, the Apprentice would be responsible for assisting the Know-Your-Client (KYC) analysis and vetting team (Client Support Group) in the onboarding of new clients as well as updating any existing clients that may be required.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting Front Office on queries related to the KYC onboarding process as well as the production of Management Information on the activity of CSG. The Apprentice will also have to clear daily alerts (adverse news and screenings).
- Assisting on the vetting of applicable KYS requirements for UK suppliers.
- Assisting the KYC analysis and vetting team on new onboarding and all related tasks
- Executing certain daily controls and report any findings to senior member of CSG as well assist in the preparation of PEP memos.
- Maintenance and production of various management reports (Key Performance Indicators, production figures, etc.) and help the CSG team maintain all relevant databases.
- Onboarding and maintenance of internal KYS requirements for certain UK suppliers.

Work Experience + Certification:This 18-month programme will enable you to gain an industry-certified certification while working in our business alongside experienced professionals. At the end of the apprenticeship programme, you will gain an Investment Operations Specialist Level 4 and Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) Investment Advice Diploma (IAD)
qualification.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
A minimum of 3 A-levels and GCSE grade 4(C) in Mathematics and English.
- Is comfortable using webbased technology.
- Is proactive with the ability to deliver valueadded support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a changing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both with team members as well as other business partners and stakeholders.
- Can interact confidently with all levels of stakeholders.
- Has strong attention to detail with a control and risk discipline mindset, takes ownership and is accountable for area of responsibility.
- Has strong work ethic and time management skills
