Job Overview
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Main Duties

Check all tea points on the floors and the area and surfaces are clean and tidy
Load / unload dishwashers on the floors
Coffee machine is on and working
Wipe down any surfaces / door handles / AV equipment where needed
All used items such as cups, glasses and cutlery are to be placed in the dishwasher
Check the meeting rooms on floors that you are assign to work and the rooms are neatly presented
Dishwasher cleaning equipment is at an appropriate stock level
Cupboards and draws are stocked with required amount of crockery and cutlery
All cupboards, drawers, microwave and fridge are clean. Both inside and outside
Wipe down counter tops, surfaces, sink and splash back to ensure they are clean, dry and not stained / marked
Fresh spillages on walls to be cleaned or reported to cleaning ASAP
The coffee machine is turned on and is working, with a sufficient milk supply
Bins are clean and not overflowing. Report to cleaning if overflowing
To carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard
As part of a Mitie cleaning team you will report to your allocated team leader who will ensure you have the necessary equipment for the work to be carried out as detailed on your weekly work programme. It is your responsibility to ensure you have full PPE before commencing work.
