Description
We are looking for a part time administration assistant to join our team at John Beaty Transport.

John Beaty Transport was established in 1968 and founded by John and Nancy Beaty and is still family owned and run.

We now operate a fleet of 50+ Bulk Tippers that transport animal feeds and aggregates all over the UK.


The role will involve:

  • Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for invoicing
  • Resolving queries with customers, drivers and subcontractors
  • Support with driver training and transport compliance
  • Competent with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quickly learn new online systems.
- able to work efficiently and accurately.
- confident in speaking to customers, subcontractors and drivers.

  • Familiar with transport admin
